Weather and time take the colour and shine out of a facade. New paint gives the house back its good looks and, above all, protects it: the top coat makes the facade water-resistant again and prevents mould and algae. Painting wooden eaves and cladding protects the wood from moisture and rot.
What facade painting includes
- advice on colours and materials
- cleaning the facade and repairing cracks and loose render
- protection of windows, doors, paving and surroundings
- impregnation and primer
- two coats of facade paint
- fitting decorative strips and facade elements
- painting of windows, doors, wooden eaves and other wooden elements
Wood on the facade
Wooden eaves, cladding and shutters are the most exposed to the weather. We clean and sand off the old paint, impregnate the wood and paint it with a protective coating against moisture and sun.
Interiors can be refreshed as part of the same renovation, see painting and decorating.
What we need for an offer
- photos of all sides of the house
- approximate dimensions or facade area and the number of floors
- whether windows, doors or wooden eaves are to be painted too
