A renovation pays off when small repairs no longer bring the result you want: when the installations are worn out, the floors and walls are damaged or the layout no longer suits you. We manage the renovation from the first visit to the cleaning after the work, so you do not have to coordinate several contractors.
How we approach a renovation
- we choose practical, cost-effective solutions and only make major structural changes where they are really needed
- we plan the work so that each stage leads smoothly into the next
- together we prepare a plan: a list of works, a schedule and a cost estimate
- every change during the work is agreed and confirmed in writing
What a complete renovation includes
- the renovation plan and help with choosing materials
- demolition and removal of waste
- masonry, plastering and screeds
- water, electrical and heating installations, together with licensed installers
- tiling in the bathroom and kitchen
- drywall construction: partition walls, linings and suspended ceilings
- painting and decorating
- floor laying
- stretch ceilings with built-in lights
- cleaning after the work
Bathroom renovation
The bathroom is the most demanding room to renovate, because water, electricity, tiles and fittings all meet in a small space. A renovation usually includes removing the old tiles and fittings, waterproofing the floor and the walls around the shower or bath, new connections, tiling, sanitaryware and a moisture-resistant ceiling. A PVC stretch ceiling does not absorb moisture and never needs repainting.
What we need for an offer
- which rooms you want to renovate and what you want to change
- a floor plan or approximate dimensions
- photos of the current state
- the location and your preferred timing
