Frequently asked questions
Can I renovate just one room?
Yes. You can renovate just one room, for example the bathroom, or several rooms in several stages. We plan the order of work to keep disruption to a minimum.
How long does a renovation take?
It depends on the scope of the work. Once we have seen the space and agreed what you will renovate, we prepare an offer with a timetable.
Can I stay in the flat during the renovation?
For smaller jobs, often yes. For a bathroom renovation or work on several rooms, we agree how to split up the work so that your daily life is disrupted as little as possible.
Why a stretch ceiling as part of a renovation?
A stretch ceiling does not require the ceiling to be skimmed and painted. That means less dust and less work during the renovation, and the ceiling hides cracks and unevenness.
